Ordering

How do I place an order?
When you are ready to place an order, please email scarlet@sforscarlet.com or call 503.890.7800. Note the title of the piece(s) and reference them in your order. Please include your name, phone number, email and shipping address.

How may I pay for my order? visa/mc Upon receipt of your order, I will contact you by phone to obtain your visa or mastercard information and charge before the package is delivered. For custom pieces, a non-refundable deposit is required after you have approved the design.

When will I receive my shipment?
I will send in stock items the next day. I will make arrangements with you for made to order items.

How will my jewelry be presented?
Each piece is delivered in a signature scarlet box wrapped with organza ribbon. Custom jewelry packages include three hand-written cards: jewelry care, gemstone information, and a note about the process of creating your piece.

Shipping and Handling.
Orders are shipped insured via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping and handling is $10 unless the cost of your item(s) exceed $300. Standard transit time is 2-6 business days. 2-Day Air or Next Day Air is available for an additional cost. There is no sales tax in Oregon.

Once your package is shipped, I will email you a delivery confirmation containing a tracking number. Track your package within 24 hours of receiving this confirmation at www.ups.com.

Scarlet Chamberlin Jewelry is not responsible for insured items lost or stolen in transit. File all insurance claims directly with UPS. In this unusual situation, I will assist you in supplying any information necessary for submission of your claim and expedite a separate order.

Return Policy
All sale and custom items are final and may not be returned. Unworn merchandise with all tags attached in the original packaging may be returned within 14 days of shipping date for an exchange or merchandise credit. No cash refunds will be made. If you wish to exchange an item, please insure your package and send an email notifying us of your return. Exchanges will be sent promptly upon receipt of returned merchandise. Scarlet Chamberlin Jewelry is not responsible for shipping costs on return items.

Repair policy
Scarlet Chamberlin Jewelry damaged in transit or from normal wear within 30 days of delivery will be repaired free of charge. After 30 days, a small fee may be charged to replace any materials lost or damaged. Design alterations incur an additional fee. In the case that beads are irreplaceable, I will find something similar. Other jewelry from your personal collection can be repaired. This service is billed at $40 an hour.

Privacy Policy
I do not share your information with any third parties outside of a secured mailing list manager. Any personal or purchasing information will be kept private.
